About this template
A team scheduling app where clients book themselves and every meeting goes to the right person, with your hours, your questions and your brand on the page.
Marketplace & BookingsIf your team books client calls over email and a shared calendar, this gives the whole thing one link. Clients pick a date and time in their own time zone, answer the questions you set for that meeting, and get a calendar invitation they can add in one click. The same link reschedules or cancels, so nobody writes back to move a call.
Each event type decides who takes the meeting. Round robin sends a booking to whichever host is free, balanced by booking count or by priority. A collective meeting only shows times when every host is free, and a group session keeps a slot open until its seats are gone. Buffers, minimum notice and daily limits keep calendars from filling up end to end.
Hosts connect their Google Calendar, so busy time blocks slots and new bookings appear there with a Meet link. You can put the booking page on your own site with an inline embed or a popup button. From there, connect your own Supabase project, add your team, and publish on the host you like.
